About the blog

It's a simple math problem. The average age of a credit union member is 10 years older than the average age of a North American. If credit unions do not reverse the trend and attract the next generation of credit union members, the future doesn't look so bright.

The Why Gen Y Blog has a simple mission: to equip credit union executives and marketers with relevant information that will help them succeed in attracting and retaining new Generation Y members.

Next Why Gen Y Live: Eric Acree

Ready for tommorow's show?

We're bringing Eric Acree, a rockstar from Vantage Credit Union in St. Louis to talk about their recently launched Young & Free St. Louis campaign. Eric will drop knowledge on us about their new "Not Your Mama's Account" for 18-25 year olds and some of the unique challenges and oppurtunities that Young & Free St. Louis will encounter.

Join us...join us...one of us... (if you chant it it sounds creepy and cool).

Tommorow afternoon!

DeAndre
